This policy describes how the mobile application Wall Flip Rush (“the App”) handles information when you use it. The App is operated by Wayne Rayner (“we”, “us”). Questions: waynerayner1@outlook.com.
The App does not use user accounts. You do not register a username or password with us to play or to make purchases.
The App stores game progress and settings locally on your device (for example: high score, in-game coins, cosmetics, mute preferences, and purchase entitlement flags). You can remove this data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage in Android settings.
The App includes Google SDKs that send data from your device to Google over encrypted connections (for example, HTTPS). This includes, depending on configuration and your device:
This data is collected by the App in the sense that the App loads these SDKs and they transmit information from your device to Google according to Google’s documentation and your device and account settings. We do not operate our own separate analytics server for this purpose.
How Google uses data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Firebase is covered in Google’s policies and product documentation. Advertising-related use is also described in AdMob help and similar resources.
Outside the App, you may be able to reset or limit the advertising ID and ad personalization through your Android device settings and your Google account (for example, Google Ads settings). Those controls are provided by Google and the device manufacturer, not by us, and may not disable all analytics signals.
The App displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob uses identifiers and device information to show and measure ads, including personalized advertising where allowed by law, policy, and your settings. Identifiers used for ads overlap with the categories described in Section 3.
Where required in certain regions, Google’s UMP (User Messaging Platform) or similar flows may be shown to obtain consent or preferences for ads. Whether and when you see such a message depends on your region and Google’s implementation.
Purchases inside the App are processed by Google Play using Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled by Google according to the Google Payments Privacy Notice and related terms. We receive information needed to confirm what you bought (for example, product type and whether a purchase is active) so we can unlock content in the App—not your full card number.
We do not run our own login system, social network, or game servers for core gameplay as described above. Data processed by Google (ads, analytics, payments, Play services) is subject to Google’s policies and your settings with Google.
If the App is directed to children or included in Google Play’s “Designed for Families” program, additional rules apply for ads and data—follow Google Play and AdMob requirements for child-directed apps. Parents or guardians may contact us at the email above with privacy concerns.
Third-party services. Google (including Firebase, AdMob, Play Billing, and related services) acts as an independent provider. Their processing is governed by their terms and privacy notices linked in this policy.
Where data is processed. Data sent to Google may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates. Those transfers are subject to Google’s policies and applicable law.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to or port data. Because we do not hold a traditional “account” database for you, many requests may need to be directed to Google for data processed solely by Google’s services, or exercised through device and account settings. You may still contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time, including to forward you to the right resource where appropriate.
We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, where allowed by law.
